***Keep Las Cruces Beautiful, Adopt-A-Spot***

Initiated in July, 2020, “Keep Las Cruces Beautiful, Adopt a Spot is continuing at 6 week intervals on Sunday mornings, beginning at 8:00 AM at Sagecrest Park. It began with Mesilla Valley Audubon Society volunteering to work with the Parks Department of the City of Las Cruces to help with their Keep Las Cruces Beautiful program.  It provides us with an opportunity to help with community efforts at a regular interval and to show our appreciation for all the work that our civic employees do.  After cleaning up the park (usually it is easily completed), participants frequently extend their stay with an informal group bird walk at the same location.

Sagecrest Park is located at 601 N. Roadrunner Parkway at the intersection of Roadrunner and Frontier Drive.
